"This Cambria location in the Roosevelt District of Downtown Phoenix is a new location. Tucked away a few blocks off of Central Avenue the Cambria is what I would call a true Hiddden Gem of the city. From the minute you step out of your vehicle and onto the curb where a valet attendant will get your bags for you, lead you to the front desk to check in with one of their superb front office employees, it makes you feel like you are staying at a five star resort. The attendant will then check you into your room and greet you in the way that is proper to travelers or stay-cation grests alike. Upon entering the elevator you will notice that safety is a priority by having to tap your room key that will only allow you to go to the floor that you are registered on. Entering your room you will notice that the designer paid close attention to detail making sure everything that you would need is within a arms reach. I highly recommend that you should not only consider but book your next reservation at this hotel if you are planning on staying in the downtown area and not wanting to spend an arm and leg at less than comparable major brands just a few blocks away. "Very much enjoyed staying here. We were in town for a conference. The place was very clean and comfortable and getting there was like an escape room, ie, upon arrival, go to locker 8, enter code, get transponder, place on dashboard, park car in designated spot, enter code from garage, enter code in elevator, enter code to room.... My point being you're not getting in if you don't belong there. The apt had a full size fridge and kitchen, along with dishes, silverware and pots and pans and utensils. Also had a washer and dryer, which was great to not have to bring dirty clothes home. It was mostly quiet, except a one night there was some festival nearby, and another night just some loud people, but it wasn't a big deal. The only things I did not like was that the balconies are all open, with no privacy. You can see every balcony on every floor, but we didn't spend much time there, so it wasn't a dealbreaker for sure. The other thing I didn't like was never seeing nor speaking to a representative. However, every time I had a question, real-time chat was instantly available to answer a question. It was ultimately fine; just not used to never seeing a person. I would highly recommend, and would stay here again. I would also consider staying at their other properties in other cities. Thank you so much."
