The women in the office are all so nice and helpful. It’s a small office and quick service—with friendly people. I love this property. It’s quiet, spacious rooms, nice kitchen and the beds are really comfortable. I highly recommend Pinetop and these wonderful cabins.

The pine trees and setting gives a in the forest feel. Which is a great feeling. Distance from the main highway also cuts down on vehicle noise and creates a more secluded environment. The wonderful staff sends a greeting text letting you know that they are available in case you need anything.

Very comfortable cabins and clean. We enjoy all the amenities at this property and that is what sets it apart from other places in the area. We love the cute little porches and grilling areas as well. We had a great time.

I like the overall customer service from the staff --welcoming texts from the Director, Manager and the office staff as soon as reservation is made. The place is super clean, quiet and everyone is friendly... I have everything I need at this place except bringing my own groceries.

We have been staying at this property for 15 years. It is always a lovely stay, quiet, peaceful, beautiful with lots of amenities. This trip was a little different. It seemed a little more run down, like they haven't been maintaining the common areas. Also, there is a new rule that kids have to be 16 to use the game building without an adult. I understand the use of the pool, but the basketball court and ping pong tables? 15 is a bit old for me to have to supervise their basketball and ping pong games. The game building is one of the biggest reasons we visit annually. It gives the kids stuff to do without us! We were disappointed. Maybe consider lowering the age to 12.
