We got the private double bed room, and it was very clean and modern. Location was perfect, near the touristy places and very convenient. Amazing service and nice lounge areas for chilling. Would stay again for sure!
This is the first time I am staying in a hostel in India. The location was not bad but bathroom was not clean. The hardest part was that it’s really noisy even after midnight. I had hard time getting a good sleep. In brief, I won’t recommend this hostel to non-Indian.
This hostel is fantastic. The staff were all brilliant, super friendly and doing an amazing job. The dorms and bathrooms were all super clean, comfortable and spacious. The hostel also has several nice common areas where you can easily meet up with other travellers. Really liked the 200 rupees all you an eat breakfast buffet. The hostel also enthusiastically runs great fun daily activities around Jaipur. I was super impressed that at check in I was given an information booklet, produced by the hostel, on what to do in Jaipur and also info on fair rates from rickshaw rides. Loved this hostel so much I extended my stay! Without doubt, this is the place to stay in Jaipur.
My husband and I stayed in a private room.
Pros: perfect location; super yummy breakfast (even though you have to pay extra-$150rupees- the paranthas were great and they change a few things every day); nice large common area; very big private double room; strong exhaust fan in bathrooms; city map given at check in (even though it was slightly outdated 2016-2017); boards showing activities, suggestions on restaurants and places to see, tuk tuk charges, closing times of places of interest, etc.
Cons: my private room had a miniscule balcony which in itself was okay except that its door did not close properly allowing dust and noise from outside to come in, exhaust fans need dusting BADLY, waited around and planned my day around to join one of their tours only to be told last minute they were not going anymore due to small number of people who signed up (perhaps give the guests a heads up on the potential of being canceled so people don’t wait around for nothing or give guests a deadline to sign up- I don’t know how to go around this but better communication on activities would be nice)
