Book a hotel near Plaza de la Constitution, St. Augustine Historic District

"Wonderful setting and close walking to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. Staff went above and beyond customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and different selections each morning of our five night stay. On Wednesday night is the manager's reception in the evening with wine and finger foods it was a nice touch to our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The Best Western in St. Augustine had excellent reviews on the Hotel.com app, but I hadn’t stayed at BW for a long time. I was wrong to worry - the place was fantastic. It’s more of a motel than hotel. Meaning you park outside your room and there isn’t a “lobby” or main hotel - just an office to check-in. The parking is unique but makes perfect sense for the location. When you check in they guide you to your parking space and as you come and go they fit you in by moving barriers and stanchions. It sounds complicated but it works very well. Our room was small but worked for our stay without issue. The room was clean and up-to-date. Bathroom was nicely done. The location is excellent - the historic fort is across the street and the historic streets are 1 minute away walking. We spent most of our time exploring the town. Many great places to eat, drink and people watch. The town is very friendly and we felt safe throughout the historic area. The only negative was the hotel wifi really didn’t work for us. Might have been our room location - we were ground level and not far from main office. "
