"Communication with Roland was friendly & responsive (and helpful for us as English speaking). He offered great suggestions for dining & travel. The location is the best in the Iguana Bay (end villa with excellent privacy, expansive views of Grande Terre & La Disirade, Anse a la Gourde beach access). Condition of unit is as pictured - very satisfactory vacation rental. Master bathroom shower has an enjoyable & unique "step down" feature. Secure hurricane blinds with convenient buttons to close up when leaving for the day. Large shaded porch area and ample seating throughout. Secure access with gate remote and parking next to villa. Functional & well equipped kitchen with dish & clothes washers. Drying rack included too. Amazing views from the interior (kitchen & living room doors & windows swing open to let the breeze flow through the villa). Proximity to many restaurants and attractions of Saint Francois area including Pointe des Chateaux (do the short hike to the summit)! Friendly welcome by Marie Helene (who provided us with starter items). Ear plugs are suggested for those light sleepers due to frogs singing in the night. Each bedroom is climate controlled (mini-splits), however, there are wooden louvers that do not filter the sound. Overall it was a great experience. We stayed 12 nights.
