"The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I like that once you check in you receive a text asking if everything in your room is good and you can ask questions or state concerns and an actual person text you back in a timely fashion. The only thing I didn’t like compared to other hotels is that you cannot sign into your app accounts from their TVs (e.g. Netflix, YouTube TV etc.). Overall it was an excellent experience. It was clean. The hotel lobby and restaurant/bar areas were inviting with a pleasant atmosphere. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at the Residence Inn Polaris around Thanksgiving time and both times it has been great. We needed a place to stay while visiting our families and this was the perfect spot. The staff was kind and courteous. We have a toddler and loved that there was a separate bedroom so she could go to bed and we could still be up and not bother her. Also loved that there was breakfast available in the morning and that it was actually good ;) I would highly recommend staying here!"
