"I've rented over 50 houses in the last three years and have never ran into a group like this. I rented the house for a family trip into wine country. We saw the spa in the pictures and realized we would have to pay for it. We did that and when we got there, it wasn't working. I called Avant and they told me I had to turn it on. I tried multiple times over the next 24 hours while letting them know it didn't work. On my last day of the stay there, I got a call from their pool guy stating he could come over. By then, it didn't matter because, for the entire stay, we couldnt use it. I asked for my money back on the spa portion, and they basically told me to take a hike and made up a bunch of lies and got belligerent with me. Horrible customer service. For what I paid for the house, the spa shouldve been on and checked before I got there. "
