"Clean property, nice staff"

"We were only here one night but it’s a great location, very clean and comfortable. The $40 parking per day would get pricey but it is a great location and you get what pay for. They were doing a lot of upkeep work on the property although none of it disrupted our stay. There was a scheduled power outage but I don’t know if it even happened as it was after we were asleep, however they did provide flashlights just in case. Great customer service."

"Did great on the range"

"I loved the ocean view and the balcony. There are many seals across the street and plenty of shops within walking distance. Some people might complain about the noise of the seals, but if your window is closed you can’t hear them. I kept the balcony door open just a little and I could only hear a seal once in a while at night. Waking up to that ocean view was just beautiful. I had planned to leave the following day, but I had gone to La Jolla for a medical procedure and I didn’t feel well that night, so I had my husband ask at the front desk, if we could stay another night for the same price. I don’t know if this was an exception for me, since I was still recovering. Either way, I was very grateful and they were very nice about it. I will definitely go back again. I’d also add that I stayed in one of the remodels, not the older buildings. Thank you La Jolla Cove, for making my trip less stressful. "
