Beautiful resort. We were in the tower on the top floor facing the highway so it was constantly loud with those sounds when on the balcony. The room was quiet, and the staff very accommodating when it came to daily service. Their Spa Breeza was to die for. I really loved being pampered and my massage therapist Melinda was caring and thorough. I felt like i was floating when I left there. If you play tennis, their are 6 courts! I highly recommend this resort!

Hotel has a nice location on Mission Bay. Has a good pool and a fun outside bar. It has lots of nice amenities like the fire pits on the beach. We had a two floor suite, which was great for entertaining, as we were there for a wedding. But the rooms are in dire need of some new carpet and paint. We did rent a bike and put it on our patio for the night, which was on the ground floor but to get to it you had to climb a short wall. The bike got stolen, there is a bit of rifraf in the park next door, when I talked to the hotel about it they said it happens all the time. So there is that.

This was a great spot for our getaway to San Diego. I traveled with my wife and 18-year-old son. The resort had everything we needed, and the location was great for exploring the city and its attractions. Everything was 10-20 minutes away by car. The only think that was not great was the parking situation. Parking is $43/night. We chose to park in a little public lot adjacent to the property instead. A lot of the street spaces don't allow for overnight parking, but the lot we found in the park is legal and free 24/7 except for Tuesdays.

Beautiful location, but a bathroom door that doesn’t lock or stay closed is not good for more than one person. The thermostat obviously didn’t work as we set it to 85 to warm up the room and it never warmed up. Parking for one night out front was $43 so that was outrageous! Thought it was strange that water wasn’t offered given the amount I spent to stay there..unless I wanted to pay $7 a bottle..and still haven’t gotten the checkout email..

I killed three spiders and a centipede on our first day. But the worst thing was that a cockroach came from our pillow and crawled on my husbands face and the hotel moved us from our room to a smaller room with just a $100 food credit. They clearly didn't care. It was awful and we're still traumatized.

Nice hotel, rooms not so clean
The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is great, but I felt for the price, the rooms could have been cleaner. We found several spiders in the room and the floors felt as if they were not cleaned.
