The room was clean. Our smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. That was rough. There wasn't a lot of breakfast food.

Poorest customer service experience possible
Your company made a huge mistake and it was impossible to reach you. I tried 2 numbers that I had to find on internet… not a single contact number on my confirmation email. And got hung up on 4X. My wife finally tried a 3rd number that she found after 30-40 minutes and got someone to put us in another property 8.2 miles away. Spent over an hour in pure frustration trying to get fixed.

Clean! Breakfast good. Pillows a little small needed an extra one. I liked bed husband thought it was too soft. Area around hotel was not good. Not pretty very boring dirty looking and I certainly didn’t feel safe.

Liked almost everything except for the noisy refrigerator in our room. (Room 217). It continued to make steady humming sound throughout the night. It did not make it easy for me to fall asleep. (Hope you swap it out for a quieter one like I am used to when I stay in a hotel that has the useful option of a refrigerator in my room.)
