The hotel was OK> They were clean. They were under renovation so I cut some slack for that. Now for the dislikes. To charge $15 for the breakfast is a travesty. The breakfast sucked at all levels. To pay for it is an insult. They call the area a restaurant. They even sell food there the rest of the day. (if you can call it food). It is a snack area. Lower tier hotels do it better cheaper.

The shower had some stains on the floor, definitely needs to be replaced, and sofa was missing in the room so I had half of the room empty.

I made sure that my reservation was confirmed and hotel.com reaed it was. I received an email from Double Tree to confirming that the reservation. The day we were to travel to Oregon, again I called hotel.com and I was confirmed that it was but then when I called Double Tree, this time I was told that there was no reservation made in my name. I called hotel.com to let them know of the issue but they can't fix the problem issue I was rebooked to a different hotel but I have to pay extra because of a late reservation which to no fault of my own. hotel.com should have paid the extra charges. Really disapointed.
