We were so happy with this hotel! Valet was so quick and great, front desk greeted us every time we walked in, hotel restaurant breakfast was great, and our room was huge and the bed was super comfortable! I would stay here again

The room design is fun and little perks you wouldn’t think of. Like lighting under the bed when you take a step in the dark. Staff are very friendly.

I liked that everything I was interested in; Powell's book store, good restaurants, and Oregon Zoo, were within either walking distance or close driving distance. Would stay at this location again when I visit Portland in the future.

I thought the guy at check in was very nice because he asked if I would take the room near elevator on 3rd floor. I told him that as long as it’s quiet. He assured me that is quiet place. It turned out there was a high pitched noise at night that I could not sleep. I was not sure whether he was meant to take advantage of me or what. But I had 3 nights hard to sleep.

I would come back & stay just for the breakfast burrito at Covet PDX!!! It’s heavenly! Fantastic place to stay in Downtown Portland. Flew in for a show at The Crystal Ballroom & only had a 3 minute walk to the venue. Great staff & experience…Would totally recommend & stay again.

Spent a couple of nights at Hyatt Centric and everything was great! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The city views were AMAZING. We had zero issues throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again when visiting Portland.

The good: very clean, nice staff, good food. The bad: limited bathroom privacy. The toilet is in the same area as the shower with a barn door. The shower has frosted walls which are somewhat transparent to anyone sitting on the bed.
