Excellent stay and great staff. The only comment I have was the parking, the license plate reading was not working and so it created a bit of frustration and inconvenience, outside of this everything was awesome!

Great hotel, 2nd time we have stayed. Only issue we have is the lack of staff working in the lobby bar, we waited 30 minutes for 6 drinks to arrive, 2 of those were cocktails but the rest were just beer & wine, one guy working alone very very slowly ! The staff working in the breakfast cafe are fast, efficient & friendly so clearly it is possible to get properly trained staff or maybe move a couple to run the bar later in the day ?!

The hotel was lovely and in a quiet area in Gaia that was in close distance to public transport to get around Porto. The staff were always super helpful and the hotel/pool area was very well kept and clean.

Great stay on the outskirts of the busy district! Very steep down hill to town, fine for me but tricker for my older parents. Taxis are so cheap though so easy enough to get about! Service was really slow in the hotel. Very friendly, but very slow!

This is truly a lovely hotel, the grounds are well kept and the rooms are very comfortable and the shower is the best. Highly recommend.
