My stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague was delightful! The standout feature of the hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast – it was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. It truly set the tone for the day. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant decor and a warm ambiance. My room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. However, I do feel the reception staff could have been more welcoming during check-in. A more friendly and accommodating approach would have made the first impression even better. Overall, Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague offers a fantastic experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city. With a little improvement in the hospitality at the reception, it could be absolutely perfect!

Genuinely one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in during our frequent city breaks. The room was huge. Lovely comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice. The property is situated close to the old town in a quiet road. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Particularly recommended is La Republic with delicious local food and beer. Also the Alforno restaurant for tasty Italian food. On the last day we had a very early departure and the hotel provided us with a packed breakfast which was a lovely touch. If we visit Prague again we would definitely stay here.

Excellent stay in the City
The hotel has a great location right in the centre of things. Room was very spacious and bathroom had very good amenities. Reception was good. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Service in the restaurant was very good. I enjoyed my status without having to ask for the amenities. Really all round excellent place to stay in Prague.

As a Turkish national, the variety of foods at breakfast was very disappointing. Very limited seating area and uncomfortable seats at the lobby. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money for a 5-star hotel.

I had a very nice stay at the cosmopolitan Prague. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well appointed, the bathrooms nice. Great location, too, and a lovely restaurant on the ground floor.

I don't have too much to Complain about everything was still Is to are liking. The only thing that was disappointing was taxes and parking fees. And the price for breakfast was a little too high for my liking
