This was a quiet respite steps away from the hustle of the old town square. The suite was gorgeous with old stenciled high beam ceilings. We usually stay in more modern hotels, but I’m glad we picked this based on location and charm.

Prime location. Great bar. Beautiful courtyard and setting. Rooms have a very old European feel. And perfect spot to have a 100 great restaurants around and the biggest Xmas market.

Amazing hotel and staff. We were in the middle of old town and all the shops. We loved the hotel and we were a 2 min walk from the astronomical clock and near the Christmas market. Our room was beautiful and spacious. When we checked out, one of the concierges helped us bring our luggage to the main road, since the uber could not drive in the cobble stone area. Would definitely stay here again and can’t wait for our next trip to Prague!

This property is a beautiful historic property, 5 minutes away from the astronomical clock and one of the Christmas markets. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas which gave it that extra touch. My family loved it. We also had excellent food in their Deer restaurant. Wonderful service. The hotel was the perfect back drop to a dream Christmas vacation.

In the heart of town 3-5 minute walk to astronomical clock, restaurants, and attractions but quiet and safe location. Charming rooms and onsite restaurant which were clean. Highly recommend this property.

Good, clean hotel in great location. Only disappointment was that we requested 2 single beds in a deluxe suite, was told by Expedia that this was not a problem but on getting to hotel we were told there is no twin bed option in the deluxe category the only thing they could offer was a very uncomfortable sofa bed. EXPEDIA - Please be aware of this when advising other guests as we felt very mislead by you and would not have booked this option if we had known. We found the room extremely hot with no option to turn the heating off. We even had the maintenance guy to come and try and turn individual radiators off which he struggled with. We had to have the windows open all the time which for a hotel that claims to be environmental friendly is ridiculous- complete waste of energy and money.

Great location; great hotel
Great hotel; friendly staff. This place is HUGE; be sure to walk around and see it all. The included breakfast is also huge and there are 3 rooms to sit in. The restaurant serves game and other Czech dishes, but is a bit pricy. It is just off the Old City Square so is quiet and out of the rush, while very convenient.
