Not very good. Pool and ice machine out of order. No internet or clerk in our building. Cracked window with no lock on it. Room was clean but needed TLC. Didn’t try breakfast. Could move to internet and clerk building for extra $20

We've stayed here before and it was really nice. But this time, we were put into their "2nd building" which I didn't know they had. Looks like was a former Super 8. This was rather run down and not very nice. If I had known we would be there, I wouldn't have made reservations here. I didn't bring a hairdryer because it said they had one but it was non-functioning. Also, the wi-fi did not work.

This property has two buildings. The pictures do not reflect this nor the rooms. One must go from one to the other to enjoy the pool, breakfast, or talk to staff. Our building was unlocked! There is no elevator to the second story. Our expectations went from a 10 to a 1. We left, lost our money since they would not refund us as my wife couldn't do the stairs. Worst experience for us :(

Good Economy Room, but for the Morning Lawn Mower
Good Economy hotel EXCEPT for the riding lawn mower right outside the windows before 9am. No need to mow then, and likely pissed-off a few guests. Stupid mistake they can easily fix.

I've stayed several times with my dog things are clean, everyday I'm asked if i need more towels ect., I've never had a problem. I asked to transfer this last stay and was moved the next day. I've had two unfortunate stays other places in the past few months the first was close to the Windsor and they had a room at 10 at night, i was lucky usually booked . The second was pretty bad, not close to the Windsor, i got my things and left, 2 hour drive home. I've traveled a lot and the Windsor is where i go back to in Prairie du Chien. Thank you Windsor staff.
