"The whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We had a few problems with our room so I called front desk and the lady was very helpful and accommodated us into a different room without extra fees! Love their complimentary breakfast! This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel! The rooms are very clean! "

"Good non-busy location; room was large, modern, comfortable; staff was kind and helpful. The only downside was that the cleanup of dishes is very loud in the morning if you choose to sleep in, it could be somewhat disturbing. Overall, I would choose to stay again."

"Excellent property, clean ! Near shops and attractions, if you like walking. It's in the center of everything in Rome , I read that someone had mentioned that the Spanish Steps was far and the had to take a taxi, it's a 14 minute walk less then a mile away. So if you don't have an issue walking it's a great place or you can buy the Hop on bus. Will definitely stay here again. "
