"This is my third time staying at the hotel this month. Each time I stayed I got upgraded to a fancier room. I appreciate the beautiful fresh fruits and flowers in my room along with cute elephant make from towels. Ms. Nungnig personally prepared my room for the second time and a gift of colorful elephant for a gift. Thank you for the special touch for my deluxe room. I have no complaints with any staffs. Recommend for anyone want to stay at a nice hotel for easy access to train station and shopping and of course all the tasty street food all around the area. Thailand is the biggest street food in the world. I miss the street food of Thailand when I travel to other countries. Thai people will tolerate other rude visitors from all over the world. I will not be able to be that patient on a daily basis dealing with such rudeness. All the staffs at the hotel definitely get a five stars for being patient and hospitality. Most visitors do not tip when the staff is being helpful with their several bags not even small amount. I don't spend much time at the hotel room because the location is walkable to all the places I need to go. The transportation is nearby or get tuk tuk or motor bikes cheaper than taxi. "
