We enjoyed the property and its restaurant. Our suite was spacious with a comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure. Staff provided great service. Beach facilities were good, plenty of towels and lounge chairs. One small downside is that as a family of three, we’d ran out of hot water when showering. Also, while we paid for ocean view, we could only see a sliver of the ocean. The view was mostly to the pool.

Had great time at the best unit with my kids. Great ocean views. Very good location. Only problem is didn’t have chance to use Hobie. The staff at beach towel stand seemed not willing to help with excuses like no wind or too windy to do Hobie during my 6 days 5 nights stay. Other than that, everything is great. Food is pretty good at the restaurant.

This resort had everything we wanted. Large apartment, great outdoor balcony with comfortable seats. Comfortable bed, great staff and beautiful beach and you can always find a beach chair and umbrella. Restaurant on-site was convenient but we mainly walked to other restaurants nearby as that was just 10-15 walk and very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Floor was filthy upon arrival and throughout stay. Gave us bottom floor which we don’t consider oceanfront. Only could see ocean when standing. Most employees were very friendly but the woman who checked us out was rude and and said we had to give her room keys back or there was a $50 charge for each. We had express checkout and left keys in the room which we always do at every property. The first night when getting into bed we noticed old brown stains on sheets and pillowcases. We put towels down on top of them as it was late but the next day requested sheets and cases be changed. When we got back to the room that next night the same stains remained so they never changed them. On thanksgiving night we were trying to watch football on cbs and couldn’t get tv to work so we called front desk who sent a handyman who worked on it for an hour then said he had to get someone else. At 10 pm there were several knocks at the door and another guy came in and worked on it for half an hour then said he was getting a new cable box. We told him it didn’t matter anymore as the game was over but he went out to get a new box then returned half an hour later and proceeded to install the new box and finally left after an hour. No bar soap or body wash in room until the second day. Restaurant was great and the other staff we met were really nice. Will not return here.

Great place, great staff, great looking property. Had a wonderful time. The places EXCEPTIONALLY maintained. Pools were very quiet. Daily happy hour was awesome, The pelican dining option was very good - presentation, flavor, value. We ate there once per each meal (bfast, lunch, dinner). Would stay here again. chairs and umbrellas were always available and setup.

The staff was very nice, professional, and accommodating. It was a easy walk to the beach was under 5 minutes. Appon arrival our room was ready and very clean. I definitely would return and would recommend the resort.
