We loved every inch of this resort. The beach is amazing. The vibe at night was cool. They have music and fire pits in great locations. The service was attentive. (Ms. Kayonn is fabulous). The concierge (Giovanni and Roshene) were helpful The resort is clean and safe. Our room was fantastic. We had an eat-in Kitchen, washer/dryer and a beautiful view. Ask for a room on the top two floors. On the negative side, the drinks are very expensive and the sand was difficult to walk in ;)… come on, this place is amazing. You don’t come here on a budget. The food at West Bay Club was good, but we walked to Wymara for lunch and dinner each day. It’s an easy walk and they’re very welcoming. We walked to the Marine Room for dinner too. Every dining experience at Indigo, Blue Water Bistro and the Marine Room were amazing. We would come back to West Bay Club because of the lower cost of accommodations with a great beachfront right on Grace Bay in walking distance to the island’s best restaurants.

This place is pure heaven! The staff is amazing! The condos are beautiful! We loved it so much we want to live there ! Love love love it ! We have stayed at many places but this resort is just perfect! Relaxing and beautiful! Everyone is so sweet and genuine. The food was so good and Turtle cove is so close and a wonderful place for dinner. Thank you WBC for all you do and making us fall in love with you and TCI!

The property was nice but the pictures online are not very realistic. Beach bar dining and hang out spot was a joke. Very under budget and not attractive at all. Same can almost be said for the other bar and dinning area but it was “okay” As no one was ever there because of it. The employees at the resort just didn’t seem like they wanted to work or be there. Just very under budget and under managed. Also the front desk tried to scam me out of $850 after I checked in and they had “no idea” and “it wasn’t showing in their system” but I had all the evidence on my end. Thankfully it didn’t go through and it was declined. But that’s just very suspicious activity and probably should be looked into by local officials but good luck it’s a small island that’s main income is tourism. Turks is beautiful don’t get me wrong but if it wasn’t for Wymara Resort being right next to us this stay would have been a total bust. Don’t waste your money on West Bay Club. MEDIOCRE!

Very nice beach resort with diligent staff, well maintained. Great for families. Amazing views and beach. Not in walking distance of main activities but taxis are easy to get (although very expensive). The food selection could be improved. There is really one restaurant (2 venues served by same kitchen).

This was a marvelous experience. The people are genuinely wanting to make clients happy and willing to make sure we are. Though the food was a bit lackluster, it was adequate, the service was excellent and the staff seemed happy to help.

We stayed here for five nights. It was adequate but for the money I feel they could have done a better job. Housekeeping was unreliable. Breakfast was meh. Beds were comfy but our rooms were spartan. Each suite is privately owned so you don’t know what you are going to get. The TV’s didn’t work and the issue wasn’t addressed, water pressure was awful and many of our requests were ignored or eyes were rolled. The front desk is very friendly upon arrival. Three stars.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! The pictures online do this place no justice, like when we pulled up we were shocked we were able to stay here! it was a literal slice of paradise. The staff was beyond, the food the drinks just everything!! Do yourself a favor and book this place right away will be coming back!

Each room has a different owner. Our first room had a terrible bed and The nest thermostat was locked not to cool below 70. They moved us to a second room. with a much better bed. Air conditioning was great in second room.
