This property is well managed. Customer service in all areas is great. Taci, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager was sweet and provided us with assurance we needed for any help we needed during our stay. The food was really good as well. The breakfast everyday was delicious. Also, every Tuesday night, the hotel offered open bar from 6-8 in appreciation of the guests. Nice touch! Let's review the beach area, well....in my humble opinion the beach was way nicer and larger that the Ritz Hotel Beach. Needless to say, the beach at this hotel is breath taking and the service was really nice too. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The staff is so kind and attentive at West Bay. The hotel is lovely, clean and bright, and the restaurant on site is great. We cannot wait to come back!

The furniture is a little dated BUT I love the property and room amenities, the staff was friendly and professional and tried to accommodate our early check in request. This is a definite option when I return back to TCI

Our stay at West Bay was great! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms are nice and clean. Everything you need from washer/dryer, fridge and iron. Love the amenities they provide (L' Occitane ). The location was close to everything, hotel staffs help you get a ride or even get stuff for you (groceries) We particularly loved the delicious breakfast buffet and location is perfect , step away from the beach. Highly recommend this hotel!"

We loved every inch of this resort. The beach is amazing. The vibe at night was cool. They have music and fire pits in great locations. The service was attentive. (Ms. Kayonn is fabulous). The concierge (Giovanni and Roshene) were helpful The resort is clean and safe. Our room was fantastic. We had an eat-in Kitchen, washer/dryer and a beautiful view. Ask for a room on the top two floors. On the negative side, the drinks are very expensive and the sand was difficult to walk in ;)… come on, this place is amazing. You don’t come here on a budget. The food at West Bay Club was good, but we walked to Wymara for lunch and dinner each day. It’s an easy walk and they’re very welcoming. We walked to the Marine Room for dinner too. Every dining experience at Indigo, Blue Water Bistro and the Marine Room were amazing. We would come back to West Bay Club because of the lower cost of accommodations with a great beachfront right on Grace Bay in walking distance to the island’s best restaurants.

This place is pure heaven! The staff is amazing! The condos are beautiful! We loved it so much we want to live there ! Love love love it ! We have stayed at many places but this resort is just perfect! Relaxing and beautiful! Everyone is so sweet and genuine. The food was so good and Turtle cove is so close and a wonderful place for dinner. Thank you WBC for all you do and making us fall in love with you and TCI!

The property was nice but the pictures online are not very realistic. Beach bar dining and hang out spot was a joke. Very under budget and not attractive at all. Same can almost be said for the other bar and dinning area but it was “okay” As no one was ever there because of it. The employees at the resort just didn’t seem like they wanted to work or be there. Just very under budget and under managed. Also the front desk tried to scam me out of $850 after I checked in and they had “no idea” and “it wasn’t showing in their system” but I had all the evidence on my end. Thankfully it didn’t go through and it was declined. But that’s just very suspicious activity and probably should be looked into by local officials but good luck it’s a small island that’s main income is tourism. Turks is beautiful don’t get me wrong but if it wasn’t for Wymara Resort being right next to us this stay would have been a total bust. Don’t waste your money on West Bay Club. MEDIOCRE!
