There was no one on the reception. We have booked 2 rooms together for family to close together. But we’re given it very far from each other. No one understood English. Poor condition of building and rooms.

Hotel is ok
For this money hotel is very good. In deep France staf speak English. Good stop if you travel to Switharland by car. Nancy is historical lovely City. We really had pleasure to visit Nancy for one day on way to Switharland.
