We enjoyed everything about the hotel but the entertainment staff was absolutely phenomenal!! We plan to go back so we can see the young, energetic, friendly, outgoing, fun staff! Black Boy, Chimichanga, Mickey Mouse, Baby Angelo, Maria and Tinkerbell!!!

Food was excellent, the 4 speciality restaurants that we used were excellent. Entertainment staff was just great, Rooms are a bit run down, need some updates, shower head wouldn't stay in place always had to hold handle, rainshower head had no water pressure. Shower drained very slowly Could have satellite tv. Only antenna tv. And was limited no ESPN, mini fridge only has small bottles of liquor, no dispensers, furniture in room out dated especially drawers which struggled to open and were very noisy. Electrical outlets were also limited and didn't accept 3 prong plugs, and had no protection covers over a couple.

Beautiful property. Staff and food were amazing. Our room was spacious and clean. Starting to show some age. Definitely a relaxed atmosphere. A little disappointed by the water not being as blue as shown in pictures. We took a very affordable snorkeling trip that allowed us to see the beautiful blue water. I would highly recommend and would go back.

I enjoyed myself. The staff was attentive and caring. Isabel from hotel relations was kind and courteous. The hotel did have some rules. Such as changing different liquor in the evening and one towel per day rule.

This resort is fantastic. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay great. Its small and everything is accessible by foot with only a few minutes walk. Its a quiet resort that is great for couples. The resort is rather old and the buildingd are rather outdated, but that would be my only complaint. Me and my fiance thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
