The property location and staff were amazing. There are so many dining options near by. We had a couple of issues including the tub stopper not working which maintenance promptly came to resolve. The room bathroom set up was very awkward with the tub being as soon as you entered the room and the placement of the tub was very uncomfortable for use.

The property is outdated. There is a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. Doors slamming, people walking above. Pool area was blocked off for construction.

Relaxing overlooking the Pacific
Beautiful upscale hotel at the upper floors of a tower overlooking the Pacific. Aside from having to change elevator banks , the grounds are clean, friendly and helpful staff

Excellent hotel, and probably the nicest one I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Excellent staff, the workout room is essentially a full service gym with outstanding equipment. The pools are great, although a little cold. I will never stay anywhere else in Panama.
