Everything was great. There happened to be an influx of families using the hotel for mini Holidays. Kids everywhere. Our room was clean and quiet though.

Long lines and reduced option in the breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean but carpet in the hall is very dirty and could be better vacuumed. Long time waiting for elevators in busy seasons (December-January). Staff are friendly, but reduced number of workers makes service very slow.

Trop achalandé
Les ascenseurs étaient lents et extrêmement achalandés. Nous avons dû monter les cinq étages à pieds régulièrement comme c’était beaucoup trop long. Il y avait une énorme file d’attente tous les trois jours où nous avons séjournés pour prendre le déjeuner chaud. Comblé du malheur, la dernière journée il n’y avait plus rien de chaud comme nous sommes arrivés à 9h15 (les déjeuners sont disponibles jusqu’à 10h), malgré qu’on a attendu en ligne très longtemps. Fallait ensuite faire la file pour les toasts. Pour aller à la piscine, c’était l’enfer comme elle se trouve au 7e étage et qu’un seul ascenseur y donne accès (celui-ci est toujours plein). La chambre était correcte, sans plus. Les lits n’étaient pas confortables et seulement une petite « douchette » pour faire office de douche. Bref, bien que c’était le temps des fêtes et que l’achalandage était à son comble, nous n’y reviendrons pas. Aussi, le Carie Factory (arcades) situé dans l’hôtel était trop cher (100$ pour 4 personnes). Aucun prix à gagner, ne prenez pas de jetons ils ne donnent rien.
