We had a lake view. If you plan to stay here, I suggest you request a lake view when you book it. The view is amazing.

Beautiful location we really enjoyed our stay. The toilets do not have an extracter fan and get very hot and the food at the restaurant/buffet is terrible but everything else was great.

My wife and I stayed here three separate times over our two week trip. Its location on Fernhill gives a great view of the lake and also gets you just far enough away from the center of Queenstown that is feels a bit more peaceful. You can walk to town, but we Ubered and it was very affordable. Solid breakfast buffet, clean property, and friendly staff. Great place, we’ll absolutely be back.

Lovely hotel and nice spacious room, comfy beds and great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here longer when back this way. Loved the pool area and hot tub. If you have a car, there is a charge of 15 NZ dollars a night for the car park. Not necessarily a negative but there is nowhere else nearby to park your car so it’s just something to factor in.

Queenstown Hotel

Convenient hotel just outside of Queenstown. Parking was confusing as our receptionist mentioned the parking outside of the garage was free but it wasnt. Easy access around the hotel with great accommodations. Sauna, hot tub, and pool were perfect and not crowded. The restaurant was great but the beer choices are not. Highly recommended staying.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Ate at the restaurant twice and it was delicious. Staff were lovely. Room was spacious. Only downfall was the hill to get to the accommodation. We felt like we needed to drive down to the main area of Queenstown, and parking in Queenstown is not great and all paid. Parking at the hotel is a first come first served basis and basically luck of the draw. This could be better managed.

Spacious Rooms, Friendly Staff…and the Mattress!

Spent Christmas here with my family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The connecting family suite was pricey but worth the money considering how spacious the rooms are. The bed mattress was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on. Breakfast had a nice spread for the entire family and the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is fantastic and the hotel has a nice view of the lake. Garage parking spaces could fill up fairly quickly during busy times but all in all this is a great hotel that I’d highly recommend. Still can’t get over how comfortable the mattress was!

I was a returning customer having stayed several years ago at this Hotel and had a good experience. This time however I did not have a great experience when my room wasnt ready at 3pm as per the check in time. We had to wait to 4pm to check in and then was sent to the wrong room so couldnt access the room. Before returning to the hotel for our next booking (a few days later) I rang to ask to speak to the manager to ask if we could check in earlier and left a message. The person said the magare would call me when they came out if their meeting. Teh manager never called that day or the next or at all. Dissapointing experience for me and would not stay again at this hotel or reccomend to others.
