We enjoyed particularly the magnificent view from our Lakeside balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable if a little dark Breakfast was buffet with an egg station. Very good choice.

I had a great stay in Queenstown thanks to Heritae. The hotel was a quick walk to center city with beautiful views. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, which is really good. For dinner I only ordered pasta. However my kids didn't like the taste. There is indeed a hot tub, which is a selling point of the hotel and a reason I chose it. However, it's too small (5~6 people would make it crowded) and always filled with some people. Do not recommend family with kids who are interested to jump in considering the occupancy and cleanliness.

Nice comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and the facility is well looked after. The toilets are a bit old but that and paid parking are the only downsides to an otherwise great facility with a beautiful lake view! Highly recommended.
