The hotel location was perfect. Plenty of places to eat in a casual setting. Close access to Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse. There was a beautiful park with a paved walking trail that went on for miles.

We have stayed here before. It is walking distance to many restaurant, bars and breweries. Not happy with house cleaning. The totally didn't clean the room one day, and we had to flag them down to get it cleaned the next day. We were there for a week and not once did the replace the hot cups, coffee pods, take dirty glasses and replace with clean glasses. And we left 5 dollars a day for cleaning staff. Front desk staff were friendly.

Room curtains did not close letting parking lights to shine in room all nite. No refrigerator or hairdryer in rooms. Although it is a BW did not offer free breakfast. Rate seemed high for no amenities

The only thing premier about this hotel is the title and the fact that it is in it old hotel that was once the center of town I guess the lobby is very nice the bed is nice and the towels were nice. However the places run down there’s floor Baseboards chipped and missing it’s just generally rundown. The biggest thing for us though is we checked in at 3 o’clock with our service animal and show them the card discussed with the front desk lady that there would be no charge I have to see if that’s going to be true as other westerns have charged us and we’ve had to call them on it. We checked into our room at three we went upstairs to check it out then we left for the day came back at 9 o’clock at night and lo and behold our keys didn’t work and someone else was in our room we have been assigned to a different room and been unknown to us, there was it was no notification. It is very unprofessional and after a long day it was difficult for us

The property is really starting to show its age. For being a BW premier property is just doesn’t live up to it. My room was somewhat clean, but floors didn’t look swept, the desk had stains still on it, which I cleaned off easily with a United wipe. Just not the level you would expect.

The VIP program is a joke. Only received a one time 15 dollar coupon for a four night stay. Was used at the over priced breakfast to get one breakfast sandwich. Room was dated dirty. Very over priced and do not recommend.

This was a nice hotel; better than expected. The staff and manager were very professional and helpful when there was an issue with pricing when I booked online; very accommodating. Shuttle to the airport was $10. There were some minor maintenance issues with my room, but the staff were quick to address and fix the problem. One con is that there are NO REFRIGERATORS (at least in the double rooms we booked) and they had no microwave in the lobby area. The only available microwave was in back office at the front desk, so they had to microwave food for you.

The hotel was great. Plentiful amenities and in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again. But I really wanted to give a big shout out to the staff. During my stay, there was an incident with my car in their parking lot (the hotel overall felt very safe, I think it was just some drunk guy at the Sturgis rally who just decided a brick and my back windshield deserved to be together). And the staff did everything in their power to make it right. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful but I especially want to point out the red headed woman who was working that Sunday afternoon (sorry I didn't catch her name!). She turned what should have been a nightmare into a minor inconvenience. And, to be honest, I didn't mind staying for another couple of days. Thank you all so much for your help and am looking forward to staying again next time I'm in town.
