"This is an old style motel that has been recently renovated. For those looking at a high end hotel like Hilton or Marriott, this isn't it. That said, for under $100, you get a clean room with a comfortable bed with multiple places to eat close by, including a restaurant/bar right next door. The room was small, but enough space for two and it had a small fridge and a microwave. Included in the price was a good breakfast spread near the lobby with bisquits, bagels, muffins, donuts, a waffle maker, sausage, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, cereal and oatmeal, coffee, tea and juice from 6-9am. Check-in and check-out staff were freindly and helpful. Wifi was free. It does have a gym room and an outdoor pool. If I had to nick-pick for anything wrong, the heating & A/C unit can be a little loud, but it does work. With the rooms being so close to where you park (a good thing if you like to keep an eye on your vehicle), you will hear the occasional car pull up and car door shut. Otherwise, a good place to stay."

"Who knew Bea Arthur attended Blackstone, when it was a college. Limited food options around the area, but definitely go eat at Las Veracruzanas (Mexican Grocery Store) Amazing tacos. "

"We booked this property to give a farewell to a friend and family and spend some fun time together. The house is beautiful and the location cannot be more perfect, being right on the lake with a deck to enjoy the serenity of the views. It snowed the day we arrived and that multiplied to the charm (even though it meant we could spend less time outdoors). Amenities are thoughtfully provided. The only negatives, minor in nature, were that some furniture/beds were in worn out condition and at risk of breaking apart, so we had to be extra careful, especially because of children. The property management was easy to reach out to but for most queries on issues related to the property, they had to put us on wait until they heard from "operations team" which felt a little annoying. The details regarding access code was not clear: upon reaching, we found that the main door did not have a keyless entry, so we tried the garage and we got lucky that the code worked for the garage door. We left one of our belongings behind at the property and contacted the management but they never followed through. Nevertheless, they accommodated request for a late check out and we had an unforgettable time at the property.
