Very clean and well maintained. A regular coffee maker may have been better. Having ADA toilets may be helpful for seniors using the room

We stayed here over the weekend and the hotel was nice and clean, our room was clean and decent sized. The bar and restaurant attached were nice. The breakfast was 3 options from the restaurant and we ate it twice and the 2 out of the 3 options we had were delicious.

I recently stayed in this hotel for three nights. What a beautiful property! I found the entire hotel to be very clean was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, if needed. The breakfast that is provided at the connecting restaurant is beyond what was expected. Service and food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Weird continental breakfast. The breakfast is in the restaurant beside the hotel and you have 3 options for breakfast. Anything off that menu is extra.

The hotel was quiet and the restaurant offered good meal selections. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I had difficulty trying to get the shower to work - it was something I'd not seen before. It took awhile to figure out how to shut the fan off - it was loud.

The room was very clean and bathroom was recently renovated. Front lobby was beautiful. Didn't like that the only way to get breakfast was a coupon for the restaurant next door. Ordered some food from an off site place and didn't get any plastic utensils. When I I asked the front desk they said "try the bar the next door" (which was a big help and gave me containers and what little plastic forks they did have) front desk had zero interest in helping and restaurant was closed by 9pm pretty dissapointed in that. Over all its a nice place to stay just plan meals accordingly and the exit and entrance onto Vic is a PITA but almost all the hotels on that side have the same problem I suppose

My only knock against cleanliness and property condition and facilities are due to the renovations they were doing otherwise property and staff are great. Location is a little out of the way and I would probably rent a car next time.
