The price isn't terrible, but even for that, you would expect better. The rug was badly stained. The pillows were horrible and the bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast area is nice and standard breakfast offering available. Location is biggest selling point as you can walk to all the bars and restaurants and the boardwalk and beach.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row for the Seawitch festival. They are accommodating and very friendly. Property is is centrally located in Rehobeth and is in walking distance to most of the local business.

GREAT STAFF and very very well kept original beach are hotel. Super clean and you can tell the maintainence staff is on top of everything. Just one block from the action on Main St and two blocks from the beach. I would recommend it highly.
