Horrible! Filthy room. Bathroom had mold and grime. Bath tub appeared to have water under the insert so standing on it for a shower was like standing on a trampoline. VERY unstable and disgusting. Pillows were scarce and tiny. We asked for more and accompanied the person to get them but he was unable to get into the laundry and told me to try again in an hour. When we did so we were given bare pillows with no pillow cases. This matched the bed which lacked blanket an/or comforter. It was made with only one fitted sheet and two top sheets which were so threadbare you could see through them … in between the stains! The room was also quite cold and the area felt unsafe. The only two things this place had going for it are that it was close to the airport and had hot water. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Homeless people hanging in the parking lot. The parking lot had trash everywhere the tub in the room was nasty. It was what looked like it was dirt stained with what looked liked dry snot. Bed was uncomfortable when we woke up our backs hurt from the uncomfortable bed it felt like springs coming through the mattress. The hair dryer did not work. At check out I tried to explain what was wrong and the clerk kept saying What, What and had no idea what i was saying because he apparently didn’t speak english. The breakfast bar they advertise is a joke. unsupervised kids running around getting in peoples way. I’ve stay here before with no issues but will never stay there again

Place was run down worse than some of the Sacramento downtown area motel 6s night clerk gave us two rooms that people were already in third room was actually unoccupied but very run down and dirty

Think twice
We requested a downstairs room due to my wife being disabled. We also told them and paid extra for our dogs. When we first checked in, they tried to put us upstairs (no elevator). I corrected them and they assigned us a room downstairs. Then as I started to leave the lobby, he called me back asking if we had dogs. Well, yes. We paid for them. He took the card key back and said he had to change our room. We were in a downstairs, terrible room. Looks like they tried to paint the bathtub, grout was painted to hide mold, dresser had strange holes in it. The refrigerator froze everything even after turning it down. The corners of carpets were torned up. Our dogs are clean, bring their own blankets and beds. We've stayed here serveral times before and it was always nice. We most likely will not be back. We're sad.
