I usually stay in La Quinta hotels for vacations or work related. I usually have a great stay but this time I was very disappointed, room carpet had a lot of stains, restroom floor a lot of dust on the edges, towel were stained, floor towel even had a shoe print, i didn't even feel comfortable to get under those bed sheets. Service was great but never coming back to this place.

Hello, I am contacting you asking for a full refund for the room we stayed in. It was Absolutely disgusting. Non-smoking room is actually a room reeking of cigarette smoke. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, so I am completely disappointed and frustrated. Blood or feces on the sheets and bed sham. Smells like urine. Bathroom had feces on toilet seat. Bugs everywhere. We could not take our shoes off. We put towels and blankets on the floor to walk on. The toilet ran constantly. It overflowed all over the floor.  Dirt stains on the blanket, lampshade and walls. Disgusting, smelly and gross. Went to the front desk, lady shrugged her shoulders and told us there was nothing she could do. She would not refund me or move us to a nicer/cleaner room. I asked for new bedding and towels so we could clean the room ourselves. We came after flying in late. Room and hotel are absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here ever. I want a full refund. $275.00 To stay in filth is not what I paid for if we would have known we would have stayed at the airport. Look at photos. If I could give this negative stars I would.

Towels were dirty as well as bathtub. My wife didn’t want kids have shower in the bathroom. There was a bed smell in the room coming from the toilet once we entered the room. The worst hotel experience ever.

It was 3:00 am our body time. All we wanted was a clean place to sleep, and that’s what we got. Bed was comfortable every thing worked. Not especially pretty and not modern but just what we needed.

Run away from this place!
One of the worst hotels we stayed in ever! Period! Their pictures are deceiving for sure. - Dirty...I probably should say NASTY room, bathroom, outside public areas, front office, and the breakfast corner - Nasty and sunk in beds - Nasty, yellow-stain infused, and discolored bedsheets - Sticky fluid dried up all around the facility walkways - Very questionable individuals hanging around - Coffee tasted like as if the coffee grounds were recycled for the tenth times..... Since we checked in very late...very tired after a long drive...did not want to go through the hassle of walking out of there and finding another place to spend the night...so regretted that decision!!!! Brought in our sleeping bags to sleep in ... did not use the restroom until the next morning when we went to McDonalds nearby at 6:30 in the morning...one of the bed with broken leg fell on my son's hand as he was trying to push it out of the way a little, and he still has a blue/purple finger+fingernail due to a broken blood vessel!!!

The room was not cleaned and was filthy from old dirt build up and mold in the bath area . Hair on the floor sink and toilet. Stained comforter. Carpet coming up. I slept on top of a blanket from my car and a beach towel over the pillows and did not use the shower due to filth. $171 a night! Please remove this from your options . I bought cleaning supplies at target to clean toilet and sink before use . Never again

Dirtiest ever. We even walk several rooms to find which was the cleanest. Four rooms we entered were dusty and old.
