The staff was warm and informative. The lobby, elevator, hallways and our room were immaculate. We.had a partial view of the marsh! Such a great way to get into Boston (highly recommend taking the T from Wonderland)!

The property was clean. Easy check in check out. There is a convenient store like aetup for food and beverages. Jimmy Dean sandwiches, bagels basic prepared cold sandwiches for lunch or dinner. No microwave or coffee maker in room. No suggestions are allowed with Avid Hotel. They don't want your feedback.

Just like other IHG hotels the mattress was way too soft and bouncy and felt like sleeping on a trampoline. Pillows were very soft too and flat with no neck support. It's high time IHG provides firm mattresses and pillows for the sake of back and neck. Got very less sleep with turning to find a comfortable position. No microwave in the room but lobby area has one. Breakfast was typical IHG hotel type but no bananas or breads, instead bagels and apples. There were coffee and tea all day but 2nd night they ran out of coffee beans and didn't fill it. Didn't' get to have breakfast the second day since we checked out at 5:30 and it stars at 6:30. I liked that there was plenty of seating in the lobby area and enough charging ports for devices. Front desk was friendly especially the young hispanic lady with bleach blond hair.
