The hour for their breakfast at 6-9 and you can't take food out of the dining room. We did get clean towels when we asked. Pretty old and it shows.

Staff incredibly rude, room wasn’t cleaned while I was out all day working for 12hrs so the room wasn’t occupied. Over bad experience. Just spend the extra $20-$30 per night more on a better place.

After booking this room on Expedia, when I arrived to check in, I received a completely different room than the one in my booking. On Expedia, the hotel room was listed as a king bed with a double pull-out sofa bed. When I arrived to the hotel room, there was no double sofa bed and a broken air conditioner. I went downstairs to the desk to ask for a room change because the air conditioner was broken and I was put into a different room than I originally booked. The person at the desk told me that Expedia put me in that room, so that is the room I booked and that someone would be able to fix my air conditioner. I tried to explain to him and show him the listing on Expedia where it stated that there would be a king bed and a double sofa bed, he told me that I needed to contact Expedia. I asked if they had that room and was told no. I left to go contact Expedia about seeing if I could get a room change and they told me that I needed to reach out to the hotel about getting one and the hotel does not offer refunds. After arriving back in my room, I was greeted with another non-working air conditioner. I went back downstairs to the desk to ask for it to be fixed and a younger man told me that he would "upgrade me for free" to the room I originally booked and paid for (after they said they did not have that room?). Would NOT recommend staying here.

It is old and run down, which is fine but it was also filty...you stuck to the elevator floors and their was a thick layer of floating mold jn pur coffee maker. The staff were rude when i called to confirm my reservation.

I checked into a 2 queen room for 2 adults 2 kids . I was told the reservation didn’t include the kids so I would have to pay an extra 30$. Fine I did that , got to the room and the bathroom door was loud and sticking on the floor, the sheets were dirty . Went to get breakfast in the morning to take a plate to my room as we got ready for our flight and to check out in 20 minutes and was stopped by the owner who said I couldn’t eat in the room . I explained that yes we should be allowed to eat in our rooms I ordered takeout the night before and ate in the room if we brought our own food we would eat in the room why would this not be allowed . He said no and proceeded to take my plate from my hands and hand it to someone else to take away . The other adult in the room was my white female friend , and children was my half white brother , my half white child and I was the only black person . My brother and friend both took their full plates of food to the room and ate there I also saw other white and brown guest taking their food into the room other than being black I’m not sure what would make him single me out like that.

Well it took 4days to make up the room when we asked it to be made up every second day. The person on Night Shift said oh no nothing was put on the system, but it was. We also had trouble even getting toilet paper until I went down and raised a little. You know what . The last time we stayed there it was great not this time and we usually stay there twice a year for 7 to 8 days. Not sure if you wanna stay there again.

The room was dirty, dont think the carpet has seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. The bathroom was dirty, the bottle of hair conditioner was half full, dirty surfaces in the room. The breakfast had no taste, poorly cooked. There was no value for money, will not return.
