It was amazing to stay at this hotel during my journey in Richmond, VA. The environment was quiet. The customer service agent was professional at all time. The hotel was clean and the maintenence was great.

Nice but needs some work
Hotel was comfortable but with all the construction occurring nearby it seems to have a lot of workers staying there during the week. With that they were hanging out in the parking lot and leaving it quite messy and making my family alittle uncomfortable. Nice room but didnt have any tissues, sheets for the pull out bed and only half a roll of toilet paper left. Good location with plenty of close places to eat and shop

Sits back away from the main road which was nice. The main lobby was clean. There was a slight grease like smell on our floor but was not too horrible. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and well taken care of

Hallways dirty, room smelled strongly of marijuana as well as the elevator. Elevator had what appeared to be dried vomit inside next to door opening, only one elevator works, cannot fit more than 4 people in the elevator comfortably, unable to eat the subpar breakfast in the dining room because of noise level. Children roaming all over the hotel unsupervised. Will never stay at comfort suites again. I checked out early and stayed further and for more money for peace and quiet and not having to spend my money on air freshener.

Comfort suites never again.
The bathroom drain was clogged and seemingly had been for some time. Every time you ran the sink the stench that arose. There was feces on the wall next to the toilet someone clearly had wiped off of their finger. There was mildew all over the shower floor. The room stank of smoke. The pillows were many years old; clumpy and dense when used. The breakfast set up was unsanitary looking, the juice machine was spilling all over the floor. The garbage cans were all full in the common area and outside (was overflowing). Only one elevator was working. The girl at the desk was nice but unable to really do anything.

The staff was overall nasty and unprofessional the hotel room air conditioner was not working properly trying to get accommodation for my stay wasn’t even possible and the staff was not very pleasant nor polite

Comfortable room but felt cheap for the money
The staff was friendly and the room seemed clean. The finishes at this hotel made it feel cheap and sub par. We expected more for the price. The parking lot was well lit. The breakfast was not quite up to expectations. Good selection but lukewarm water for the oatmeal and only white bread.

The area the hotel is located was very convenient to all areas pertaining to our visit. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and other shopping opportunities available within a short distance of the hotel. We would stay at this Comfort Suites again.
