I liked the room itself for the most part. However the curtains were weird and didn’t allow for blackout shading in the morning. The front desk didn’t convey room service details until it was too late to request them. The room didn’t include a private tub as was photographed as part of the room on Expedia. The door to the room was not secure and we learned our second day there that it could be pushed open without a key. This led to a delay in our day plans to visit the city during our stay as a result of having to wait for maintenance to come fix the door so that we could leave the room unattended.

Staff were wonderful, especially given the water situation in Richmond. The sidewalks were not well cared for, to include in front of the handicapped areas. Hotel and room were very clean and comfy.

This hotel is well run and is kept clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The only downside is navigating your way into the car park-especially in the dark. You sort of have to go back on yourself… Not a lot to do but there is a cinema and a great Texas Roadhouse. Would stay again though if in the area.

Nice suite, but TV on the blink...

The accommodations were fine, but the only complaint I have is that the TV in the main sitting area was not displaying pictures correctly, and the hotel staff did not get it repaired during our 3-day stay.
