Rise against concert
This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel to see a concert. The first time there was a disturbance in the next room involving an argument and handgun use, causing me to have to change rooms in the middle of the night. This trip started out well, however we were woken at one in the morning by a fire alarm requiring that everyone vacate the building. The cause of the fire drill was steam from a shower triggering the alarm. Not surprising considering that there is no vent system in the bathroom (at least not mine, I can’t speak for the others). The fire officers on scene stated that this is the third time they have needed to respond because of this issue. This in mind, it would have been generous if we were offered a complimentary breakfast in the morning. It was enough that I had to pay 41 dollars for someone to park my car across the street in a lot I could have parked for twenty dollars. (Didn’t know this until after the fact) . I do not feel that the hotel has any interest in ensuring that you have a pleasant stay. I will not be returning, I prefer to stay somewhere that is more hospitable. All staff I encountered were friendly. The room was reasonably clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can't say enough about the amazing staff! From the moment I arrived, the valet went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Their friendliness and efficiency set a positive tone for my stay. The front desk team was equally impressive, providing prompt service with a warm smile. They made check-in a breeze and were always ready to assist with any inquiries. A special shoutout to the housekeeper on the sixth floor! Their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness made my room feel like a home away from home. It was clear that they took great pride in their work. Overall, the entire staff truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere

I stayed at this hotel during a festival. The first night the A/C broke and started making a constant clicking sound. When I called the front desk, there was no answer. When I went downstairs, the front desk offered to have the engineer come work on it. It was already close to 10pm, and I was staying alone. I didn't feel comfortable with this so they gave me another room but couldn't refund me the difference since I was changing from King to Double Queen room. After a long day and more long days ahead of me working at this festival, I opted to change rooms. The room I changed to had a window facing an abandoned block. The first night I was kept up by 2 homeless men fighting outside my window and the loud (but working) A/C unit that literally woke me up as I fell asleep. When I came back from a long day working the festival, I found that no one had even visited my room from housekeeping. The entire stay no one cleaned my room. Just not a good stay all around.

Came nearly at 1 am. Gal at the desk treated me like it was 1pm and not 1am. Place is super safe and very nice. You don’t need to leave unless you have to. Good food, good folks and great amenities. Will stay again if I come back on business

Overall great experience, cleanliness, friendly staff. Parking is valet only and at 40 dollars a day is not the best price wise. Pool was clean but empty due to it being super cold all day .

Room was dirty sheets were not changed from previous occupant. Hair and crumbs were on the sheets when we pulled back the comforter. Was charged an incidental fee of $50 that I was told would be reimbursed but it never was.
