Overall the hotel building was good and modern but the rooms were kinda old. There were around three options for eating, hotel’s restaurant, starbucks, and chick fil a. It was around 10 miles to RIC airport.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. Check in was a breeze, the property was very clean and tidy and the restaurant had a good selection of dishes on offer.

The bathroom shower had red mold and the wash cloth they put in the side of the tub still had the inspection tag inside it so I’m guessing it wasn’t washed before they place it in the room. The people (teenagers) next to us were super loud (very thin walls probably a contributing factor) and the hotel didn’t do anything until 11pm about it. We couldn’t hear our own TV at volume 15. I will be changing hotels next time we are in town.

Had a nice stay. After a long drive we rolled in at 1am, Kevin greeted us, gave us the lay of the land, assigned the room and gave us a complimentary coffee to Starbucks for the morning. We felt welcome. The only draw back was at 8am hearing the cleaning crews conversations in the hall way as they turned the rooms. I would recommend this Omni. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Richmond and this one has their stuff together.

The Omni is consistent in providing clean and beautiful rooms and this time did not disappoint. Valet parking made life a lot easier, as this hotel is in the city. Staff was friendly and check in and out was easy. I appreciated being able to text with the hotel prior to our stay and they were extremely accommodating and friendly during this interaction. When there is availability, this will be top of the list for places to stay in Richmond, VA.

Nice Hotel
One night stay. Very comfortable. They let us check in early. Friendly, helpful staff. It was my birthday and they delivered a fruit and chocolate tray to my room - nice surprise! We had a good breakfast in their restaurant.
