We absolutely had an amazing stay here! I honestly can’t wait to return. The spa, THE BREAKFASTS, the friendly staff, the room, the grounds the amazing scenery! It was a dream. Things that stand out are Luca at breakfast every morning, bottle of bubbles brought to the room for my husbands birthday, and sending me my pajamas when I accidentally left them the day we checked out.

This is our second stay in this absolutely magnificent hotel. The location; the clean room and bathroom; the whole facility and comfort in every detail possible; the breakfast; the staff but above all- the gorgeous botanical garden and the lake at the end of it with the amazing view! We will come back!

The hotel was lovely and had it's very own garden that leads to a beach. The pool and other facilities were great, the staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was brilliant and had gluten free & dairy free options. The rooms were very clean. The pool was amazing and quite warm. Breakfast was lovely and had a wide variety of food options.

Desde o momento do check-in, fomos recebidos com muita cordialidade e eficiência pela equipe, o que já deu um bom sinal de como seria a nossa estadia. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e organizado, oferecendo todo o conforto necessário para uma estadia relaxante. O café da manhã foi outro ponto alto: uma ampla variedade de opções frescas e deliciosas, com atenção aos detalhes que tornaram a refeição ainda mais especial. Além disso, as áreas comuns do hotel são bem cuidadas, proporcionando um ambiente agradável e acolhedor. Outro destaque foi a localização do hotel, que é perfeita para explorar os principais pontos turísticos da cidade, tudo a uma curta distância. We were informed that we were going to be given an upgrade to a Suite on arrival, it was in the adjoining building. When we got in to the room it was really nice but no shower and had only a bath. They put us into our original room as we required a shower.

Great location and lovely surroundings. Hotel is well appointed. I felt the 2 bed bungalow we had at EUR 800 per night was overpriced. Shortcomings include pool areas which are OK but could be better, very few hotel amenities included without extra cost eg EUR 25 per hour for tennis, and no discount at all at the sailing/water sports facility in the hotel grounds. Also a shuttle bus into town would have been useful.

Beautiful property. Both restaurants we ate at were excellent. Pools were very nice. It’s in a great location with an easy walk to the old downtown area which is beautiful with great shopping and restaurants. Views were absolutely stunning. Also they have onsite parking which is a bonus.
