I like the location of this hotel. I am very thankful for the shuttle that goes to the Mayo and back! Only complaint is the animal hair on bedding or in the room, strictly because i am allergic to dander in their coats.

Came in to go to Mayo clinic. Didn’t want to stay right down by Mayo so we found this hotel about 5 minutes away. A little hard to find as it is attached to Dickeys BBQ. Had the best breakfast for the price of the hotel.

Nice place, nice price. Staff were friendly, breakfast was quite good w/ fresh pancakes and waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy etc. Only one elevator. Shuttle and driver were great, but can be a long ride or wait between returns.

It was clean and comfortable that is what matters. Husband and wife stayed in accessible room 121 for mayo appts. Only thing was we were right next to an outside door so it slamed when people would go in and out. Bed was firm and great! Food was plentiful for the normal hotel breakfast. For the price it was great! Our grankids would of loved the regular pool area was above standard with additional little kids pool and hot tub. The bus to mayo would come in and anounce to the 24 hour coffee area, great coffee by the way for what it is, that they were there and when next bus would arrive. Very convenient. I have been at hotels in this area and watch as they drive up 10 minutes or so to early and pull away before the actual arrival time.

There was always someone coming out of the elevator, which someone seemed to be guarding. Groups of people came out of elevator and went out the side door. One had a young teen and older adult. I was concerned about sex trafficking, but had no evidence other than the shady people that came and left frequently. As I checked out, 2 poli emen were outside in parking lot talking with someone and blocking the area for a short time.

The room and hotel were very good. Beds were comfortable, AC and heat worked well, staff was friendly. You could tell it was a little older building but it fit our needs perfectly.

The dreaded toilet seat
The toilet seat looks like it was attacked by a animal. Like how does one get scratches like that. Room 319. Room was really hot and wouldn't let me turn it down even after turning unit off it was still blowing warm air
