It is so close to the airport in Rome! It also offers free shuttle to and from the airport! The staff were wonderful: professional and friendly and very helpful!

The location is convenient to the airport, but it not a pedestrian friendly place to stroll.The airport line bus was free and a great way to get to the hotel.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the property was very nice and up to date. The bed was soft, compared to the other 4 hotels we stayed in Italy this trip, the best bed! The market is down the street and amazing dining blocks away and all walkable. The food was plentiful and excellent quality.

The shuttle is a big plus for this property. There are not many options around the airport, so this place is of high demand and is overpriced. The rooms are of decent size. Front desk staff is good, however the restaurant staff is rude and unprofessional. The main guy taking orders rushed us to order quickly and was rolling his eyes when we asked to get our sandwiches without bacon. I am not sure if its a local thing, however, basic etiquette and respect of people's dietary concerns should be considered in a place hosting international community of different cultures and religions. The junior staff at the restaurant was much better than the senior person taking orders. Also, uber doesn't come to this hotel and if you order taxi to central rome it costs around 70 euros. In the middle of the night, a strange sharp blue light in the wall lit up, waking us up. I tried to call main reception but no one picked up the phone. I walked down and the receptionist told me she had no idea what it was. The care taker came over and had absolutely no idea what was going on or how to turn off the light. He did put a black tape on the light and the issue was resolved, however I wonder what it was. Overall, only stay in this hotel if you have a early morning flight to catch.

The room we were given smelled bad, we requested another room, that room smelled equally bad. There was soke odor inside both rooms, started making me and my kids sick. The male at front desk very rudely said "we are fully booked, don't have anymore room". The female at front desk was very understanding and helpful, she said they have only 2 twin bed room left for 2 ppl, did not serve our need. They said can not refund the stay, extremely frustrating! I had to checkout immediately and spend the night at airport with my children!

The lobby was nice but the hallways had stained carpets and walls. The carpet had ripped out strips. The paint was outdated. Very expensive for one night. Breakfast had a lot of variety but not included and most things tast d all the same ànd were dry. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle is part of the airport operation and not part of Hilton.
