1. Clerk did not program room key 2. Hair dryer did not work 3. Tge carpet in our room was horrendous!! Filthy dirty 4. No coffee creamers available at all at breakfast 5. The stools in the breakfast section were filthy 6. The handrails on the stairs are not Very safe

The hotel was only 1 mile from the work location. The outer room/ hotel is close to the main highway and is a bit loud. Reasonable continental breakfast with sausage and eggs and biscuits and gravy.

We are traveling home from a family emergency and we choose the best western as we have stayed here numerous times before. The carpet was soiled there were no pictures on the walls but the nails were still visible and walls need paint. Bathroom was clean.

We had an unexpected travel delay and this was a reasonably priced place to stay. It’s very close to a main road and was a little on the noisy side but we were exhausted and the bed was comfortable

The room had a muggy smell but the bed was so comfortable, staff was helpful &friendly and the breakfast was on point for a free hotel breakfast. Best biscuit and gravy I’ve had in a long time!!

This was the quietest motel we’ve stayed in that’s close to the I-5. The bed was sooo comfortable! The front dest gal Nayeli , was exceptional! Breakfast was good, nice choices. We would definitely stay here again.
