"Amazingly convenient hotel for accessing both the New Territories and Hong Kong Island. Right next to the University MTR stop and major transport interchanges and far enough away from the urban density of the Island or Kowloon. Staff were very helpful - maintenance was ongoing at the time but they were very considerate about it. Pool facilities were also under repair but still good. Breakfast was immense but would have been too much everyday - it's so convenient to just step out and get some proper street snacks, you're in HK after all"

"Very rarely can find room that has 4 single beds in HK nowadays. But overall facility is dated n old. Need renovation n refresh. I can tell it used to be a 5 stars hotel in the past, it has lots of facility, but need to be renovated to give it a fresh look."

"Room was clean & comfortable, particularly the mattress. Shower was amazing. Staff friendly, professional & efficient. Shuffle bus to nearby Shatin was handy. 10 min walk to MTR & local shops/restaurants meant food wasn't an issue. Could've done with an iron in the room, hence the reduction in star for facilities."

"The staff were helpful, gave good directions and advice. The first room had a very musky smell, I think because the windows don't open. They changed me to another room with no hesitation. It was a lot better. When we first arrived, we were very overwhelmed with the busyness and noise, reminded me of New York City, but much bigger. The buildings around are huge and by the way they look on the outside ,you would never know that walking through this small opening leads to an escalator that leads you up to a beautiful 6 stories mall. You can go through the mall to the train station which is a five minute walk away. Pretty much seemed like every train station is connected to a beautiful shopping mall. I ended up loving this location, so easy to get around. Just use your google map and it will tell you how to get every where "
