We were very pleased with our stay at this motel. It was comfortable and had all that we needed. It was not far from the Reversing Falls.

The bed was comfortable, but the overall facility is old and not well cared for. Some upgrades seem to be in process, but it appears to be a very slow process. The dining area still had a few old Christmas decorations in May. Overall, I wonder if there is really a commitment to make the hotel succeed.

Nothing special.
First of all, they told me that a Capital One card was “not acceptable” but then said they would make an exception this one time. I’ve had this card for 6 years and not once have i had a business tell me they don’t accept it and I’ve even used it on airplanes. Secondly, the key to the room didn’t work and I had to keep going back to the front desk to get them to redo it but even after all that it still wasn’t working and they had to just give me another room. Thirdly, the sheets were stained and the drawers of the dresser and nightstand were dirty with items still inside left over from previous guests. Furthermore, there were not enough pillows (only 3 pillows!) and the breakfast could use serious improvement. They also still had Christmas decorations up in the breakfast area (it’s March!). Also a very strange layout with the sink being outside of the bathroom. This hotel would be ok if you’re in a pinch and need a place just to sleep, but beyond that, it’s nothing special. I probably won’t stay here again.
