Rundown Hampton

We love staying at Hamptons because we know the quality we expect to see and this Hampton did NOT meet those expectations. This hotel looked somewhat run down in the rooms- even having to switch rooms due to an extreme odor and messed up heating unit. The next room was better (said loosely) but not the quality expected when staying at a Hampton. The elevator down buttons, even gave a slight shock when using them. Staff was friendly and kind and the location are this property’s only redeemable qualities.

Uncomfortable.

The room was semi clean. The desk table looked as if they didn’t wipe it down the floor seemed like they didn’t vacuum it. Found earrings on the floor near the bed. The sheets kept sliding off the bed was SUPER SUPER uncomfortable my toddler wasn’t even comfortable we didn’t really rest at all. We could feel the springs of the bed and hear them as we got into bed and when we would toss and turn. The area around the hotel is nice just wouldn’t stay here again.

Stay was great. However if the rooms were updated it would make it better. The spout in the bathtub was coming out of the wall and the carpet was torn. There were also a few stains on the ceiling.
