The room was really warm. Our visit was in December and had to sleep with the AC instead. The bathroom shower had crusty black mildew on the glass door rubber seal. It also had pink color that tells you that scrubbing hasn’t happened in a while. There was more mildew on the shower floor away from the door, so it tells me that the shower cleaning wasn’t done properly either. The glass door wouldn’t stay shut, so the bath mat gets soaking wet and the floor nearby. There was no usb charge connections anywhere in the room. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel looked New. But dirty carpet in room. Shower dirty not wiped down hair on shower wall. Staff not real friendly. Location was convenient for purpose of visit. No dinning in area. Will be returning to Saltlake in November but will stay elsewhere. Thank you.

I stood at the check in counter for a couple minutes while a girl hid behind the computer. I thought she was busy so i waited. Finally she said "do you need something" i said yes, i need to check in, then she said "come here then". I was standing right in front of her. I told her i thought she was busy and she said no. Then we went to the room she assigned us and there was a man in there working on the room. After those initial interactions, she placed us in a nice room that was clean and quiet. Just a weird first interaction
