The room was really warm. Our visit was in December and had to sleep with the AC instead. The bathroom shower had crusty black mildew on the glass door rubber seal. It also had pink color that tells you that scrubbing hasn’t happened in a while. There was more mildew on the shower floor away from the door, so it tells me that the shower cleaning wasn’t done properly either. The glass door wouldn’t stay shut, so the bath mat gets soaking wet and the floor nearby. There was no usb charge connections anywhere in the room. Bed was comfortable.

Bring next to graffiti and the bright sogn made it a little rough. Also you could only ask for towels or to get your room cleaned if you saw the maids in the hallway which we did not see.

Severely disappointed.
It was not good. Had a medical procedure done that morning so asked if I could check in a half hour early. They said the room wasn’t clean due to there only being 2 cleaning rooms. Then at 3pm, room still wasn’t ready. Finally just after 4pm it was finally ready. Then there was hair on the wall in the bathroom, towels were not completely restocked, and closet had not been cleaned as there was dirty towels hanging in there. I didn’t get the room I requested which was the first time that has ever happened. Never had this type of experience before at a Holiday Inn Express. Will not be staying at this location again.

It really bothered me that the Clerk checking me in took my D.L and my Amex card and made photo copy of it. She said it was for security against Fraud. After thinking about it for 20minutes I went back to the Front Desk and asked to see. As she stated it was stapled to my reservation. Which still made me nervous so I asked her to cross out my License # and my credit card cvc…. I have Never Seen this before! With all my travels if this is the Hotels protocol! will never book with them again good way to go Shopping with my information

Hotel looked New. But dirty carpet in room. Shower dirty not wiped down hair on shower wall. Staff not real friendly. Location was convenient for purpose of visit. No dinning in area. Will be returning to Saltlake in November but will stay elsewhere. Thank you.
