The pool and hot tub was out and at breakfast there was only cereal available. All the other food item had a note that said due to high demand we are currently out of this item. We booked the hotel for the kids to swim and to have a convenient breakfast in the morning. We were disappointed.

Had to be given different room since key wouldn’t work. Toilet paper roll is about 2.5-3 feet away from toilet, had to manually turn on tv since the on button wouldn’t work, coffee pot wasn’t plugged in from the back of basket it was in even tho cord was behind large dresser.

It was very convenient as it was right off the freeway. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was excellent!

The room was really warm. Our visit was in December and had to sleep with the AC instead. The bathroom shower had crusty black mildew on the glass door rubber seal. It also had pink color that tells you that scrubbing hasn’t happened in a while. There was more mildew on the shower floor away from the door, so it tells me that the shower cleaning wasn’t done properly either. The glass door wouldn’t stay shut, so the bath mat gets soaking wet and the floor nearby. There was no usb charge connections anywhere in the room. Bed was comfortable.
