Airport layover

Stayed for a short over night layover. Beds and room did what I needed it to do. Paul at the front desk quickly and promptly helped me get checked in. The shuttle getting to the hotel as ok but if I didn’t happen to get to the front desk to check out much earlier than I would have missed the shuttle. It was suppose to leave at 5:45 and by 5:25 the driver pulled up and said we are going right now. If I didn’t happen to be standing there getting some fresh air than I would have missed it completely. Room and front desk were satisfactory but the shuttle not so much. It seems like a gamble that you will get on or not

This property has 2 different hotels on site. Photos of the rooms for Clarion are not the same rooms that are offered, they’re of the other hotel rooms. They also wanted to charge a $250 incidental charge which is not listed anywhere in the booking information. The rooms were dingy and basic. The pillows were tiny and flimsy and mine had someone else’s hair on them, even under the cases. The pool was empty and had a plastic tarp over it which it seems like it has had for years. It was dark and uncomfortable feeling and smelled very musty in the halls.
