We stayed in your hotel for 3 days and for those days we've been having same problems with the cleaning staff. First day - sheets that was put on the bed was not in a good condition anymore. They do not clean the room properly. They don't clean the floor of the washroom, they do not check if the any of the toiletries needs a refill. Then the next day they cleaned the room still the same thing and what's worse was they took our towels and didnt leave anything new for us we had to go down to the front desk to get it ourselves. Also, we booked two rooms, the other room we were told that under their bed there were also wrappers of food which wasn't theirs. I have mentioned this concern to the front desk and I hope this will be addressed. Other than that everything was good. Thank you.

The staff first gave us a room and upon entry we saw someone in the room. The cleaning staff would pressure us into not cleaning the room and they charged us way more than we were supposed to be charged. On top of that they charged me twice for a deposit, once the morning before you check in and at check in.

Nice and quite place but the housekeeping staff put the torn/broken bath towels . I just saw that after I took a shower. It’s better to dispose that kind of towels. I brought that to front desk and ask a good one.
