"Nice and quite "

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property with its trees and views of the nearby lake. A lovely cottage with good size beds and lounger. There was an efficient, well-equipped kitchen though we mostly barbecued and ate outside in the picnic area under the trees and open sky. The vintage claw foot with a skylight looking upwards to the treetops was a nice treat. The covered cabana was a great place to read and relax. Wanted to max out our nature experience and had a comfortable sleep in the cabana’s enclosed room. We woke up to chirping birds and even spotted a deer while enjoying our breakfast! It truly was the nature retreat we were looking for. Serene and private it was the perfect escape from the city. Would definitely book again!"

"The highlight is the stunning view from the large bay windows and deck. Immaculately clean and so spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us. Irina was a gracious host, very easy to communicate with, replied quickly to text messages. There is no place to prepare a meal but there was plenty of food for a simple breakfast. Good supply of dishes, glassware and cutlery and it seems that you are welcome to bring premade meals in. Irena took care of the dishes promptly. Her garden is so beautiful with many well cared for flowers, you can tell she loves spending time in it. Fairly centrally located on Saltspring, a bit of a drive up the mountain but the view is worth it!"
