My favorite Drury of all time! This building is AMAZING! Such history! Very beautiful! Extremely convenient to Riverwalk. Very clean. Super friendly staff (would like to mention Brian at checkin, Josh at Manager’s reception, and Vanessa with her authentic hospitality. They were all so friendly and helpful). Yummy food. I could go on. I’m very pleased with this particular Drury and will definitely be staying again.

Valet parking when we arrived was total mess. Line of cars and confusion with transfer of luggage. Then the next morning there was only cold water in shower. Kickback was very good as was breakfast. The valet who returned our car was polite young man.

We enjoy old historic hotels when traveling and the Drury did not disappoint. It is close to the river walk and a 15 minute walk to the convention center.. A pleasant breakfast and a complementary evening offering with complementary drinks was a welcome addition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bottom line, yes, we will stay there again.

The included meal was edible but not much more. The hotel Teller’s Bar / Market was straight out of the can type food and to top it off they charged a tip automatically, which I did not notice until later, after I added my own tip for their service. I was eating alone so I am not sure why they felt it was necessary to automatically charge a tip without even advising me. I was not expecting that and therefore did not pay attention to it.

This is a great hotel to stay. Including breakfast, happy hours and coffee 24/7. Rooms are spacious and renovated and updated. On only thing is the parking so expensive $39 per 24 hours, I guess it is because on the riverwalk . I rate it as 4 Star. The reasons are as the following. If there is a mirror for make up / shaving in the bathroom would be perfect. The sofa seat is uncomfortable as it is too low and very soft.
