The thing I noticed the most was how extremely friendly the entire staff was. It was just so nice. Hotel was perfect in so many ways. Breakfast was huge! So much to offer. Any request we had was taken care of asap. Hotel was clean and kept up. I would stay here again for sure.

An old hotelthatvysed to be a bank, beautiful rooms, check in was decent, but we didn't know where to park so we found a parking garage and parked, the on check in the person at the desk asked how we were parked, I said we found a spot she responded with " good for you". Our room wa right off the elevators, room was gorgeous view left room for improvement, we could look out, into the office building next door. For over 200.00 when I was told 180, not real happy with that, treated like common trash by the front desk.

AC vent noise all time at night, Not family friendly, Not pet friendly as advertise (5O$ tax = 60 $ per night for little dog almost the price of a person but no bed no accommodation for the dog...if the dog pay as much as a person (room 149$ tax one adult one child) then there should be accommodation for the dog...Service at breakfast horrible, and silverware is nowhere to be found...waitress removed our food that took us 15 minutes to bring to the table and we told her to not but she was on another planet and did not listen...Receptionist was a little inpatient and treated us like we were an underclass citizen, and I do not think we look like we were...No view, it was clean, valet was excellent nice, very quick , polite, the location of the hotel is good-

So close to Riverwalk. Loved the historic charm. Beautiful rooftop sunset views. Large spa tub in the room was perfect. It has unique turns down hallways, sky bridges & old elevators but other than that it’s awesome! Food served for breakfast & happy hour.

Amazing stay. Great location, easy access to everything, wonderful hot breakfast each morning, and you can’t beat the evening kickback!! Would definitely stay again!!

le personnel de l'accueil n'a pas été agréable, on a du attendre longtemps pour récupérer nos bagages laissés en attente de réception des clés. Nous avons été réveillés à 6h par le réveil probablement mis par un précédent occupant. Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas à cette classe d'établissement: pas de beurre par ex; nourriture exclusivement locale dans une ville touristique!
