Book Cheap Hotels in San Bartolo

"Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is in the heart of Los Barriles and on the beach. They have a large pool. I would definitely get a pool/ocean view room. It is worth the extra $$$. The bed was a little soft for my liking. They have a cafe/coffee shop which has food and is open earlier in the day. They have a full bar/restaurant in the evenings as well as a little palapa bar right above the beach with a great view. We saw whales breaching and playing and rays jumping, all right out in front of the hotel. The staff were all super friendly, especially Leo. A couple of things to note. Our room did not have a microwave or coffee maker. Also the water pressure is a little light and the sink drained slow. But these are small things compared to all the great things about Playa Del Sol. We will most definitely stay here again. It is 2 blocks from the main streets and there are a ton of restaurants, bars, taco stands and grocery options within a few blocks. "

The pool and hot tub area were always clean and well-maintained, and there was never any noise after 10 p.m.—even before that, it was pretty quiet. "We loved everything about this property! It has a friendly hostel feel with some very cozy hangout spaces, yoga mats to use, hammocks and a well equipped communal kitchen. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Carlos helped to organize a Sea tour for us at an affordable price. The smoothies were delicious and the sea view room we stayed in was beautiful with a hammock outside. We were a bit hesitant to book at a hostel/hotel as we were travelling with a young child and like some privacy but we all immediately felt at home. Being set back from the main road was also nice as you didn't hear the traffic noise and we slept very well in the peaceful environment. We would definitely return, hopefully soon!! I am going to miss the sunrises from the rooftop deck every morning! "

"Loved this place so much! The rooms are small and a little dated and no fridge but since the restaurant on site was so good and fair priced it wasn't much of an issue. The food and drinks are excellent. The beach is empty and peaceful. Water is super safe for swimming. You can even feel the hot spring water in the sand on the shoreline. Amazing. Will for sure stay here again"
