The Hotel is outdated the rooms are dirty and the appliances are old and we didnt have enough plates etc for a family if 5. We were very surprised this is a hyatt hotel.

3pm was supposed to be check in time but one of our rooms was only ready past 5pm and for our second room, by almost 6pm, we had to be the one to inform front desk that our second room was ready since we saw that housekeeping was done and still we didn't get a call that it was ready for check in. They did offer complimentary snacks for our wasted time. We requested pillows upon check in and we're informed that these will be delivered. The sofa bed had no available linens and we had to follow up 45 minutes after our first call to get these. Our second room never got theirs.

There was women's hair in several areas across the room. The floor did not seem properly vacuumed. The worst part was no hot water to shower at 6am on 10/18/24 in room 113
