This property was exactly how it was advertised! Stunning views, clean rooms, wonderful friendly staff, nice pool & bar area. However, be careful at night around the pool, 2 huge rats were playing hide & seek! I don’t like rats so that ran me away from the pool at night! Other than that, excellent stay!!!

Only 1 elevator worked the whole week we were there very inconvient. The beds were comfy but very worn in. The pool is neat but very small and you cant swim in the ocean by the hotel due to rocks BUT the bartenders and the valet staff were hands down EXCEPTIONAL!! They made up for all of that

I stayed for 5 nights on a business trip that was meeting nearby and koved being at this property. The staff was wonderful, my room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the pool, deck, and beach were great for a dip or just hanging out, and it was easy to walk to the little cove in the nearby park to seim in the ocean. The patio was chill during the week and in the mornings, and then turned into a scene on the weekends -- fun in its own way, but not exactly relaxing. I'd definitely stay here again if I were coming to Condado!

I enjoyed staying here during my time in Puerto Rico. The hotel, restaurant and pool area was always well attended and clean. Everything was easily accessible from this hotel via Uber. I will recommend anyone I know to stay here.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a dirty mini bar from the prior guest. Left over food, open water bottles!! I called down to the front desk and they sent someone to clean but asked me if I wanted it clean. Which makes no sense of course I needed it cleaned. They apologized but didn’t offer or say anything to us about making up this inconvenience. The room itself is nice and the beds are comfortable.The location of the hotel is very convenient and the pool area is so beautiful and fun. The beach is not swimmable since the waves and tide are so intense. Throughout our stay housekeeping did a terrible job. They did not sweep, vacuum or mop our floors. The towels were exact no extra towels or anything. Linens were not changes even when we requested it. At the end I requested late checkout and they said they could only accommodate 30 minutes because of housekeeping and then when I explained all that happened they extended it 1 hour. Horrible housekeeping needs to be fixed. All in all I don’t think I would stay here again.

The resort was nice a bit expensive and for a daily resort fee we couldnt be on the sand due to the debtis which shouldve been cleaned up the pool was small
